Now hiring: Production Manager

We are currently looking for an individual to join our team as a full-time Production Manager. Our growing shop is conveniently located at the corner of Dublin Blvd and Village Parkway. We provide all training, 2 weeks vacation, paid holidays and personal days. We also pay 50% of an employee and their family’s medical insurance. Starting pay is $19+/hour (DOE). Our employees also receive ongoing training opportunities. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional overtime may be required.

The following is a list of some of the Production Manager’s duties:

• Must be able to run 1 and 2 color printing press
• Supervise all aspect of production in printshop
• Enter orders into automated print production software
• Prepare quotes for customers
• DTP skills, making simple changes to customers graphic files.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout production of jobs

The following equipment is operated by the PM:

• Ryobi 3200 and Hamada C248
• Color and black & white laser copiers
• All bindery, mailing and finishing equipment
• PC & some Mac computer environment

You are a leader of the Production Team, and together you are accountable for meeting the goals of the company. The sales and strategic marketing activities of the team will be designed to achieve these goals. These in turn are key to meeting all of the company goals:
